If you don't use preservatives, how do you prevent your treats from going bad?
We naturally preserve our treats using a slow freeze drying process. This allows us to forgo the use of nasty chemical preservatives so we can keep your pup healthy and happy.
How do you achieve such vibrant colours without the use of dyes?
When we say our treats are 'all natural' we mean it! Our vibrant colours are derived organically from superfoods like turmeric, spirulina, and blueberry. These ingredients have the added bonus of being rich in nutrients and antioxidants to promote your pup's health and wellbeing.
Milk upsets my dog's stomach, will your treats work for him?
We use goat milk as a primary ingredient because it is high in probiotics, and low in lactose (unlike cow's milk). This helps with digestive issues and promotes a healthy gut. If your snack baby is lactose-intolerant, then our vegan Apple Carob Crunch treats will be right up their alley!
Where do you ship to?
We ship treats to snack babies in most Canadian cities, with the exception of certain remote locations. We currently do not ship outside of Canada.
When will you process my order?
We ship orders Monday through Friday, and orders usually ship within 2-3 business days from when they were placed.
How do I track my order?
Once we receive your order and it is set to ship, you will be sent an automated email that contains the link to track your package. This will activate with further delivery details once your shipment is en route. You can also access this information through your account on the website. You will need to sign in and click “My Orders”.
What is your return policy?
If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to us via our contact form, we're here to help! We deal with returns on a case-by-case basis to ensure every Snack Baby customer has a positive experience. You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. We kindly ask that all items eligible for return are in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Refer to our Refund Policy for more detailed information.
How long will my treats last?
Our freeze dried treats have a very long shelf life while sealed. We recommend storing your Snack Baby treats in a cool dry place, away from sunlight. For optimal freshness keep the bag tightly sealed. Your pup should ideally consume all treats within one month of opening the bag.
How should I feed your treats to my snack baby?
Serve to your snack baby as a tasty treat, or crumble over food as an enticing topper. Our treats are not intended to replace a full and balanced diet.
